Biography

Jack Ware was an American painter and sculptor. A native of Manhattan, he graduated from Columbia University and pursued a career as an engineer and chemist. After moving to Westport, he became involved in the local classes of Arlene Skutch and Steffie Friedman. His wife, Margaret was also a painter involved with the Westport Arts Center.
