Biography

Tallie Moore is a native of Paris, Texas. Tallie has had numerous shows, won formal recognition and awards, and has had continuous representation in Southwest galleries. Her work is also found in many private and corporate collections such as: Mobil Chemical; Tenneco; Weyerhauser Industries; Mountain Bell, Denver; Southwestern Bell Headquarters, Dallas; Amoco; Peat, Marwick Mitchell and Co.; Marsh and McLennan; Marriott Hotels; Texaco; and Moore Law Firm, Paris. Tallie Moore earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After the University, Tallie worked as a commercial artist and later found her way to full-time painting and drawing. Since then, she has enjoyed continuous gallery representation. Tallie is a full-time fine artist living near Paris, Texas. She and her husband, Bob Bush, share their home in the country with 15 dogs and 5 cats. She calls her studio building, "Sun Down"; there she creates her powerful landscapes.
